We offer a 7-day exchange from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
To initiate an exchange, please follow the steps below:

to request an exchange authorization.
Once authorized, securely pack your item and ship it back to us at the address provided.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, your new item will be shipped within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for exchange.
Soraya reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the above requirements.

Soraya is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been marked as delivered by the courier.
